Custom Sublimation Tumblers- 

The processing time for a custom Sublimation Tumbler is typically 7-14 business days. If the design and customization of your tumbler are being handled by me, it may require a few additional days since I prefer to have the customer's approval on the design before proceeding with the creation of the item.

 

-Apparel orders- 

Most apparel pieces are "Made to Order" (MTO) and may take up to 15-21 business days to ship.  If you have an immediate need or need it by a certain date, please let me know so I can do my best to help and accommodate your order. You may also email me to inquire about my availability to get it completed in a shorter time frame. 

Each listing will reflect the most accurate turnaround time for the item! 

 

-Glitter Pens 

The current turnaround time for custom Glitter Pens is 7-14 business days. 

 

-Last Chance Clearance- 

Ready to Ship items are shipped as is.

RTS items will ship within 3-5 business days of payment. 

 *Please be advised that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. 


-Do you accept refunds or cancellations?

Due to the handmade nature of each item or the custom nature of each order, we do not accept cancellations, refunds or exchanges. Please see Terms & Conditions

-What if there is something wrong with my order?

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email at Kraftypineapplecreations@outlook.com within 3 business days of your order being delivered.

Please allow 24 hours for a response email. 

-What is the sizing of shirts?

All items are unisex sizing unless otherwise stated on the listing. 

-Colors May Vary-

I purchase several different brands and from different suppliers, if the exact color items on the website is not available, I will provide a t-shirt of the same quality or better and in similar/like color.  If the color is unavailable for any reason, you will be contacted to discuss your options. Please also note the color variations may look slightly different on the computer vs in person. 

When ordering bleached, dyed and/or tie-dye items, each item will vary with pattern and colors.  All will be relatively the same, but it is possible that the colors can vary due to oxygen, sunlight and fabric.

Bleached and tie-dye shirts and items are handmade, hand dyed, hand distressed and bleached by hand, no two shirts will be exactly the same, but we try to make them close to the reference photo as possible. 

-Do you wash the shirts?

Yes & No!  All shirts that have been processed in my hands are washed in Sensitive Detergent and tumbled dried on low heat.  If your shirt is made with a solid, unaltered shirt then the shirt is not washed. 

No fabric softener is used when washed to ensure the dye, decal or transfer stay safe and intact.

-How many coupon codes can be used at one time?


Only one coupon code can be used at one time. Sales and Coupons may combine unless otherwise specified.
