TURN AROUND TIME

Krafty Pineapple Creations will be on vacation starting June 1, and Returning June 15, 2022.

The website will be placed on vacation mode while I am away.

Any orders placed before May 15th will be shipped or available for pick up prior to 6/1. With the exception of Resin Tumblers as these have a 4-6 weeks turnaround time. 

Lastly, any order placed between 5/15 and 6/1 will NOT be guaranteed before vacation.

The website and turn around time will be back in place on or before 6/15.

-Stainless Steel Tumbler

Currently the turn around time for a customized stainless steel tumbler is 4-6 weeks. Rush orders will be considered at time of inquiry. If I am able to assist with the order a rush fee will be applied to your balance. 

If you are purchasing other products those will generally ship within 7-10 business days unless otherwise specified on the listing. 

-Sublimation Tumbler 

The current turn around time for customized Sublimation tumblers is 7-10 business days.  If I am designing, and customizing your tumbler it may take an additional few days as I like to receive customer approval on the design before making the item. 

-T-Shirt orders

Most shirts are "Made to Order" (MTO) and may take 15-20 business days to ship.  If you have an immediate need or need it by a certain date, please let me know so I can do my best to help and  accommodate your order. You may also email me to inquire about my availability to get it completed in a shorter time frame. 

-Glitter Pens 

The current turn around time for custom Glitter Pens is 7-10 business days. 

ROGUE GLITTER

If you are ordering a non-glittered cup, please know that it is nearly impossible to keep it free of glitter. I work with a large amount of glitter each day and it spreads very easily. I do my best to not cross contaminate but there is a chance you will have a few rogue pieces. Consider it my signature.  

Selecting Glitter Colors- 

I have well over 100 glitter options available, and the ability to order if needed based on your request.  With this many options it makes its very difficult to post each one online. Please provide for me your thoughts or ideas and  I am more than happy to send pictures of the color/colors I feel you may be interested in. This way you have the ability to pick the color or colors that speak to you and that you envision on your personalized cup.

 

All sales are final.

Sales are final on all items such as T-shirts, pens, keychains, earrings, all tumblers and any other item sold through Krafty Pineapple Creations. Each item is handmade and generally made to order. No refund or returns will be accepted

 

Each Tumbler is delivered with proper care instructions to ensure proper use and longevity. Krafty Pineapple Creations is not liable for damage to the cup due to misuse. Please read and follow the care instructions accordingly. Proper care instructions are also provided for shirts. I strongly encourage following the proper care instructions to ensure long time wear and the integrity of the shirt. 

Refunds/replacements will only be considered in the event of a design flaw and is at KPC’s sole discretion..

I use high quality products to ensure I am providing you a high quality product. 

Tumblers - All tumblers are made with a double walled stainless steel, vacuum insulated & BPA Free tumbler. They are great for hot and cold beverages. They include a lid and straw.

Proper Care Instruction 

• Hand wash only
• Not dishwasher safe 
• Do not soak in water or any liquid 
• Not microwave safe 
• Do not drop/handle with care 
• Do not leave in hot car

Epoxy- also knows as Resin or Epoxy Resin provides a clear glass like finish. The epoxy is VOC free and UV resistant. The epoxy is FDA compliant resin and is heat resistant up to 500 degrees. The epoxy does protect the tumbler, however please note it is not shatter proof and dropping or misuse of the tumbler could cause the epoxy to crack or break. Please do not leave tumbler in hot car and do not place in dishwasher. 

Glitter- I use high quality polyester glitter. The polyester glitter is UV resistant and will not fade over time like craft glitter. The sparkle is amazing and provides an excellent finished product. 

T-Shirts- The shirts advertised in posts, listing or photos may not be the exact brand  you receive with your completed order. We use several different T-shirt brands and suppliers and I do not only buy one brand,  as this limits the availability of product for you. If an order is received and  I do not have the exact color from the listing, I will provide a t-shirt of the same quality or better and in similar/like color.  

Please know that I will only buy and sell shirts that I am personally comfortable wearing. I do not believe that cheaper is better or that profit is more important than your comfort.  I want my customers to be comfortable and happy in what they wear. Especially if it is something I have made.
