Personalized or custom tumbler orders, 

Each cup is delivered with proper care instructions to ensure proper use and longevity. Krafty Pineapple Creations is not liable for damage to the cup due to misuse. Please read and follow the care instructions accordingly. No Refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges. 

Refunds/replacements will only be considered in the event of a design flaw and is at KPC’s sole discretion..

Sales are final on all items such as Tshirts, pens, keychains, earrings, or any other item sold through KPC. Each item is handmade and generally made to order. No refund or returns will be accepted.
